Introduction

Welcome to 92pke (referred to in these Terms & Conditions as "92pke", "we", "us" or "our"). 92pke operates the website accessible at https://92pke.cam (the "Platform") as an online betting and casino information service primarily targeting users in Pakistan and English-speaking audiences familiar with the Pakistan market.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platform, including all content, features, tools and information made available on or through it. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and 92pke.

By accessing, browsing or using the Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies published on the Platform from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

In these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a legal entity (for example, a company), you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include both you as an individual and that entity.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and a translation (if any is provided for reference), the English version shall prevail.

Account Eligibility

4.1 Age Requirement

Access to 92pke and registration of an Account is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction. Meeting the age requirement alone does not make gambling or betting lawful in Pakistan — users must independently verify compliance with applicable local law.

4.2 Geographic Restrictions

92pke is designed as an English-language information platform targeting Pakistani users. However, users remain solely responsible for determining whether accessing or using online betting or gambling platforms is lawful in their jurisdiction. We make no representation that the Platform or any referenced Operator service is appropriate or available in any specific location.

4.3 Prohibited Users

The following persons are not permitted to register an Account or use the Platform's services:

• Persons under the age of 18 years (or a higher age where required by the applicable Operator or jurisdiction);
• Persons who are subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period with any gambling operator;
• Persons who are employees, contractors or agents of 92pke, or immediate family members of the same;
• Persons accessing the Platform in jurisdictions where doing so is expressly prohibited by law;
• Persons who have previously had an Account closed by 92pke for breach of these Terms.

Account Registration

5.1 Registration Obligations

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register an Account. During registration you must provide accurate, current and complete information as requested. You agree to update your account information promptly if it changes.

5.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any accumulated balances or bonuses, and referral to relevant authorities where fraud is suspected.

5.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify 92pke immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 92pke will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

5.4 Account Suspension and Closure

92pke reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including (without limitation) where: (a) a User has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) 92pke is required to do so by applicable law or regulation; (c) the Account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity; or (d) a User has requested self-exclusion.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and operator requirements, 92pke and/or any referenced Operator may require Users to complete identity verification before certain account features are activated, particularly before processing withdrawals.

6.1 Acceptable Identity Documents

Pakistani users may typically be required to provide one or more of the following:

• A valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport;
• Proof of address, where required (for example, a recent utility bill or bank statement);
• A selfie or liveness check confirming the document matches the account holder.

6.2 Document Integrity

Users must never alter, obscure, photoshop or otherwise falsify any document submitted for verification purposes. Submission of fraudulent documents is a serious criminal offence under Pakistani law and internationally. Any Account found to have submitted falsified documents will be closed immediately and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.

6.3 Secure Submission

Identity documents must only be submitted through the operator's official, secure HTTPS verification portal. Never transmit CNIC scans, passport copies or other sensitive documents via WhatsApp, SMS, unsecured email or unofficial chat channels.

Acceptable Use

You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree that you will:

• Use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial informational purposes;
• Provide truthful, accurate and current information in any registration or verification process;
• Comply with all applicable Pakistani and international laws and regulations in your use of the Platform;
• Respect the intellectual property rights of 92pke and third parties;
• Use responsible gambling tools where available and acknowledge the risks associated with gambling;
• Access the Platform only through its published web interface unless you have 92pke's written permission to use an API or other technical integration.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not, under any circumstances:

• Use the Platform if you are under the minimum eligible age or a Prohibited User as defined in Section 4;
• Use the Platform for any fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or any associated systems or networks;
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts or crawlers to access the Platform without written authorisation;
• Transmit viruses, malware or other harmful code;
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Reproduce, copy, distribute, sell or exploit any part of the Platform's Content for commercial purposes without prior written consent;
• Circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Platform;
• Engage in collusion, bonus abuse, arbitrage or any activity designed to exploit Platform promotions in a manner contrary to their intended purpose;
• Post or transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam) through or in connection with the Platform.

Breach of this section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and civil or criminal referral as appropriate.

Payments & Transactions

9.1 Supported Payment Methods

Payment methods available on the Platform or referenced Operators may include options familiar to Pakistani users — such as bank transfers through HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah, and digital wallet services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash or Raast. These payment method names are referenced for contextual familiarity only. 92pke makes no representation that any of these providers support, endorse or facilitate gambling transactions. Users must independently verify the current payment options available in the live cashier of any Operator platform and review the applicable payment provider's own terms.

9.2 PKR Currency

Where currency amounts are displayed on the Platform, they are presented in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as illustrative examples only. Actual minimum deposit thresholds, bonus values and withdrawal limits are governed by the Operator's current published terms and are subject to change. Users must verify current figures directly with the applicable Operator.

9.3 Deposits

Deposit funds are processed by the Operator's payment systems, not by 92pke directly. Minimum deposit amounts, processing times, fees and available methods vary by Operator and payment provider. 9.4 Withdrawals

9.5 Cryptocurrency

10.1 Illustrative Nature of Bonus Information

All bonus amounts, wagering multipliers, expiry periods and deposit thresholds stated on 92pke are illustrative examples only. They do not represent live, guaranteed or current promotional offers from any Operator. Actual terms are set solely by the relevant Operator and may change at any time without notice to 92pke.

10.2 Key Bonus Terms Users Must Verify

Before accepting any bonus from an Operator, users are advised to verify the following terms directly on the Operator platform:

• Wagering / Rollover Requirement: The multiplier applied to the bonus (and/or deposit) before winnings can be withdrawn. Example: a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 5,000 bonus means PKR 1,50,000 in qualifying bets must be placed.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: The highest permitted single bet while a bonus is active (commonly PKR 500–PKR 1,000 per spin or wager).

The 92pke name, logo and any associated marks are trademarks or service marks of 92pke.

12.2 Limited Licence to Users

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 92pke grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your own personal, non-commercial informational purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, republish or resell any Content;
• Create derivative works based on the Content;
• Use the Content for any commercial purpose without 92pke's prior written consent;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices from the Content.

12.3 Third-Party Marks

References to third-party payment providers (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) and sports organisations (including PCB, PSL and ICC) on the Platform are for editorial and contextual purposes only. These references do not constitute endorsement of 92pke by those organisations, nor do they imply any affiliation, partnership or commercial relationship.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including (without limitation) implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and accuracy.

92pke does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free; (b) any information on the Platform is complete, accurate, current or reliable; (c) any defects will be corrected; or (d) the Platform or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Information about bonuses, odds, payment methods and game features on the Platform is for illustrative and educational purposes only. 92pke is not responsible for discrepancies between the information provided on this Platform and the current, live terms of any Operator.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92pke, its officers, directors, employees and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 92pke has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall 92pke's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the amount of PKR 5,000 (illustrative cap — subject to applicable law).

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how 92pke collects, processes, stores and protects your personal data, including your rights in relation to that data.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the Privacy Policy, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

Amendments to These Terms

92pke reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where required by applicable law or where changes are material, we may provide additional notice (for example, by email or a prominent site notice).

Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

17.1 Applicable Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing the jurisdiction in which 92pke is incorporated or from which it operates, to the extent permitted by law.

17.2 Pakistan-Specific Notice

Users in Pakistan are reminded that gambling activities may be restricted or prohibited under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and other applicable federal and provincial legislation. These Terms do not confer any right to engage in activities that are prohibited under Pakistani law. Users access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for their legal compliance.

17.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and 92pke, we encourage you to contact us in the first instance at the address in Section 18 so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue available legal remedies in the competent jurisdiction.
